FRUIT

All Arizona, All The Time! Four Monkey Winery is made with Arizona Grown Vitis Vinefera from Southeaster Arizona.

CRUSH

We use traditional methods mixed with large scale equipment to accomplish our goal of gentle crush and fruit handling. We take time to make our wines.

AGING

Every one of our wines are aged to perfection prior to bottling and after, they are held to continue aging. Once again, a blend of tradition and modern technology.

BOTTLING

We use a high speed bottling line (uo to 340 cases per hour/68 bottles per minute) with hands on label application and packing, to try and ensure perfect seal of our screwcap closures.
